O apartamento está numa localização privilegiada, mas tranquila ao mesmo tempo. É espaçoso, moderno e tem todas as comodidades necessárias. Estava bastante limpo na nossa chegada. O anfitirão foi bastante flexível com hora do check out e ajudou-nos com dicas.
O acesso ao apartamento é feito por umas escadas muito íngremes. Qualquer pessoa que tenha uma limitação, por mais pequena que seja, vai ser bastante complicado. Ou basta ter muitas malas e vai ser doloroso. É importante referir isto. Para estacionar o carro também tem de ser sempre a uns 10 minutos da casa, mas é o normal para quem quer estar no centro de uma old town.

Perfect location in the old center of Alghero
The coach was old and dirty. The sink of the shower didn’t work well. Airco wasn’t reacting fast.

Location was excellent, in the middle of the old town with quick access to all the local restaurants and the waterfront. Shops for provisions were only a couple of minutes walk. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Allowed us to store luggage after checking out as we had a late flight booked. Air conditioning was great, washing machine facilities very handy. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
The shower isn't sealed so the water would run off on to the floor. To prevent any slipping towels were needed in addition to the bathmat. The stairs are very steep, if someone had young children or mobility issues they would likely struggle, but this did not affect us at all.
