QUAY #707 10700 Coastal Hwy. Enjoy the sunrise and sound of the ocean from this spacious beach condo. 1,512 Sq. Ft. 3 bed/2 bath direct oceanfront unit with ocean views from every room except the bathrooms. You also get additional bay views from the two guest bedrooms. This designer-decorated unit is well maintained, has updated furniture and window treatments throughout. The living room includes 2 couches (one with a pull-out queen sleeper), 2 swivel/rocking chairs, and a flat screen TV (internet enabled for streaming services). Master bedroom is direct oceanfront with a king bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. Wireless internet access in the unit, as well as cable TV (including HBO). Dining area has a table that seats 6. There is another built in eating area that overlooks the ocean that seats 4. Four bar stools are included for additional seating at the kitchen island. Kitchen includes a nice glass top stove, a dishwasher and updated dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Washer/Dryer in Unit. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 12. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, sauna, tennis court, ping pong table, and an arcade game room which includes pool tables. Large unit with newer furniture. Nicely decorated. We had beautiful weather. A few complaints would be the unit was Only surface clean when we arrived. There were bottles and other items/garbage under the beds that I noticed when making them beds I did tell the property manager who came immediately to inspect and clean up. I would blame this more on whomever cleaned prior to us arriving. Also sheets/towels are not included with this expensive rental. You need to rent them for an additional $ 179 or bring your own and make all the beds when u arrive - I found that odd. But these issues have nothing to do with owner. It is a beautiful/very spacious condo with beautiful beach/ocean views

The condo was fantastic. The layout was nice as well as the decor. The views were stunning! This was the best condo we have rented for our summer beach vacation.
