About this house rental
As soon as you walk into this home you will feel like you just walked into an episode of "Fixer Upper" where you would be expecting Chip and Jo Jo to come around the corner to say hey! With its cool laid-back style and subtle sophistication this house doesn't disappoint. Recently renovated, no expenses were spared to bring Ocean City this premier property! The house is situated on a canal and features 5 master suites, 2 family room areas, a gourmet kitchen, dining area, outside deck off the main floor and a huge rooftop deck with fantastic views of Ocean City and the water. High end furnishings and accessories can be found throughout!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Violation of smoking policy or age restrictions will result in eviction without refund.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. **Please see zoning statement at top of listing.
* There is a driveway that will fit 1-2 vehicles; additional parking is available on the street.
* Easy access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 111th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Fantastic property with easy bus access to Ocean’s Calling music fest. House was clean and very spacious- we only had 6 adults staying with us and there was room for many more! The only bummer is that I didn’t read the fine print- you need to bring your own hand soap as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Would definitely return!

This house is top of the line for comfort and convivence for a larger group or family. Each room has its own well appointed bath and a tv with full cable lineup. The upstairs game room is a welcome getaway. The roof top deck with comfortable outdoor furniture is a great way to enjoy the view and a great sunset. Plenty of hot water for everyone. The kitchen is very well appointed right down to spices and utensils. We were visited by otters, foxes, geese, and there are blue crabs to be caught right off of the patio! I only have one very minor complaint and that is the front door lock. It takes somewhat of a learning curve to get the key positions right. This is an excellent, well manage property. If you need lots of space, this is the place for you. Parking is easy and it's just a five minute walk to the beach.

My whole family - my kids and grandkids loved 111 Old Landing Road. The small issues were taken care of immediately and because it felt like home we fixed everything else! The furnishings, the roominess, the lovely banquet table were all perfect for a fabulous Ocean city experience. I have been taking my four kids to Ocean City since they were little and now all grown they still love it here! Especially this house. It made our trip even more special!!
