The internet connection isn't stable; in today's world, not having reliable internet is a problem. We reported the issue and someone apparently came to check it, but the connection remained down throughout our entire stay.
It could offer more for the rental price.

Centrally located. Facilities worked. Checkin and out easy with detailed access information. Received fast reply to my questions.
The room I got was not as shown on the photo but very small with windows indoors. The doors were very loud. Stains on the linen and on the bathroom walls. To me this is not a hotel.
