This place is fantastic, right in the middle of the city with Gran Via station only a minute away.
Don't book a city view room, the courtyard rooms might not have views but they're totally quiet as they're at the back.
The rooms are super modern and comfortable with AC for the hot Spanish summer, and even USB charging on one of the bedside outlets, and the bathrooms are just what you need with large showers and big towels.
NOTE: Be aware this is a guest house and not a hotel. It's functionally like a hotel but you'll need to do your check in online and use the door access codes given there to access the property, there are no staff to check you in.

Location was central to all attractions. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Madrid.
