You ll not regret this apartments

Location, very friendly owners, cleanless, view from balcony, parking for car, everything about this apartment was perfect for us. The owners helped us about washing machine, i was going to buy drinks at sunday and there were not open shops, so the owners helped us have me his own drinks!! Best of KOTOR!!!

Lovely few days exploring Kotor.

The hosts were very kind, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the view was fantastic looking over the bay of Kotor. The location was very close to the beach, restaurants bars, and a short stroll along the promenade to reach the Old Town.

The room and balcony were very small but ok for 3 nights. You had to hold the shower as it would not stay in the bracket.

Very relaxing stay with friendly kind hosts!

Clean and comfy accommodation within walking distance down to the water but away from busy town area! Very nice host who offered us refreshments as we waited inbetween rooms (we extended a night!). Supermarket, swimming and multiple restaurants within easy walk down a small hill

Next to Kotor center and reasonable accommodation

We needed a place in Kotor and got this appartment last minute. It is next to a very busy road but finally it was not too noisy. Clean appartment and very nice and helpful hosts.

Excellent location with delicious restaurants very close by.

Great location that was walking distance to restaurants right on the bay and as easy walk to markets, a small mall, and the old town of Kotor. Having parking was great. The family was welcoming. The room was super comfortable and very clean including the bathroom. The air conditioning worked great and it was warm when we were there. Bed and linens were comfortable.

A cozy place to stay in Kotor — highly recommended!

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very clean apartment in which you have everything you need. Very good location, near Kotor old town and restaurants etc but quiet. A fridge, balcony with sea view (we had) and very friendly host. Thank you for everything!

Very friendly, near the beach.

Parking was ok for us, I just can imagine sometimes it can be tricky. But taking into consideration the location it was ok. We had no shampoo.

Located on main road, reserved parking place for motorcycles in front of building, 10 minutes walk from town center.

WiFi is awfull, connection slow and connection braking. Only cash payment. Room smaller than on pictures, app. very small.

Nice stay at great location and with a sea view

Apartments Jelka was at great location, about 7 mins from Kotor city. There are various cafes and restaurants nearby, it’s very close to beaches too. Room was nice and I would definitely recommend the one with the sea view, it gives a special vibe. There is parking available. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and helpful, gave us many local recommendations.

Perfect!

Great stay! Our room was very clean and cozy, and what a view from the balcony! Although the room is not too big, it has everything you need. We had our own private bathroom, a fridge, a kettle and some dishes (plates, cups), which was great. The wifi was good, TV and AC worked perfectly. The location of the apartments is great - 5 mins to the beach, 10 mins to Kotor old town. A mini supermarket was right by the house. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, they allowed us to store our luggage event after we checked-out. Would definitely recommend staying here, it’s a perfect spot for anyone visiting Kotor! P.S. There’s also a family of little turtles living in the backyard, how cute is that. :)

An excellent location with great hosts very close to the beautiful Bay of Kotor.

This is a really lovely apartment with everything we needed including a washing machine! Whilst the main road into Kotor is busy, the apartment at the back of the house was very quiet. Nice to have our own outdoor space too. The supermarket was very close, their fruit was delicious. A very short walk downhill to the beautiful bay and lots of waterfront restaurants with delicious fresh fish. Our hosts did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, even when our English language defeated them, they got their daughter to call us to explain! Couldn't have done more for us.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location of the facility is very advantageous for tourists as it is close to many restaurants along the seaside. The parking spaces are right next to the main entrance.

Next level hospitality

We had a very pleasent stay here! Good spacious room, friendly owners and a central location. Extra special was the help of the owners. Our luggage got lost (watch out for AirSerbia …) and the company did not respond our calls, texts and e-mails. The owner called them many times for us, even when we were in our next appartment. That’s next level hospitality. Thanks a lot!

quite well positioned, 10 minutes on foot from the Old town, 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from restaurants,It’s clean,you have parking lots.

You can't really interact with the people in charge, because they don't really speak English, but we didn't need anything special either, so it wasn't necessarily a big problem
