The property was easy to access with no issues, nice cosy and everything you need, shower was excellent lovely and hot, nice little walk to a lovely little village for food literally 4min walk. Did the Mawddach trail great walk to Barmouth and back great views along the way. We went to Y Sospan little restaurant in village the food was lovely, staff great and friendly. We had breakfast at Popty’r Dref excellent. All in all great stay

- Good location for the town
- A lot of effort has gone in to making the interior look and smell nice
- Nice lighting
- No one has mentioned that the bed squeaks with the slightest touch, even without laying down on it.
- After looking at the house next door I could not shake the feeling that I was staying in a converted garage. Poor sound insulation: Did not feel private.
- TV not large enough for human eyes
