Nice house with an impolite owner

The location. It is among the mountains, amazing. The price is ok, the rest of the houses in the area are super expensive. The house has a BBQ with coal and a nice garden.

The owner of the house. The check out is at 10 am and we were a bit late (45 min later), ok, our fault, but it doesn't allow the owner to get into the house without letting us know, start cleaning while we were having a shower. He could have sent me a message, charged an extra, etc. Be aware that the sofabed on the right is a bit damaged and he meant that we had broken it. By the way, it is not very comfortable... He also meant, that we had stolen a big knife from the kitchen.

To live amongst the locals was a nice experience. A few restaurants are close by. Nice and quiet place.

To reach the 2nd bath room, you have to walk through the kitchen, out to the balcony and at the end of the balcony is the bath room.

Comfortable house for families & groups

Large comfortable bedrooms with plenty of closet space for our group of 5 adults. Large TV/sitting area & well-equipped kitchen/dining area (full-size refrigerator, 4-burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher). Large upper-level covered deck with tables & chairs. Large grassy yard with BBQ and lounge chairs. Appreciated the good lighting in all rooms - very pleasant! Very personable host, Vlado, who responded quickly when we had difficulty opening the private carpark's gate one morning. Excellent wi-fi & TV. Heating worked well during our chilly & rainy stay. Two bathrooms with showers, one near the bedrooms, the other accessed via the kitchen & across outdoor covered deck - it was fine once you got there. Located in a "suburb" of Bovec with at least one restaurant within walking distance.

Host offered to do some laundry for us, but would have had to hang items outdoors to dry, which wasn't likely to happen any time soon in the rainy 4 days we were there. Be prepared for hourly church bells that for some reason rang extra long at 07:00 every morning.

A pleasant and comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is very comfortable and spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchen, the beds are comfortable, the living room is cozy and the balcony is very inviting. The owner is very nice, welcomed us with a drink made by his own hands and helped us in every matter willingly. The view in the area is breathtaking, and the variety of options for family activities is very large. We arrived as a family with four children, and we regretted not staying longer - both in the apartment and in the area.

Amazing location in a quiet place with mountains around you! Fantastic host - he offered us pear schnapps on arrival - just a lovely guy! Parking in the yard next to the house!

The owner was very friendly, the appartment is large, not far from Soca.

The owner should pay attention to cleaning. It seems that he is cleaning the appartment by himself and does not see what needs to be cleaned (and what every women and also many men see), especially in the kitchen and in the bathroom, to make the guests fully comfortable. Other than that everything was fine.

Prachtige en rustig gelegen vakantiewoning

Rustig gelegen en goed ingericht vakantiehuis. Het overdekt terras is een echt pluspunt. Mooi zicht op de omliggende bergen. Hartelijke en vriendelijke ontvangst door de gastheer. Op zijn aanraden zijn we een paar keer gaan eten bij restaurant Vancar (goede bediening en goede prijs-kwaliteit) een 200 m verder. Bovec op 5 minuten rijden met de wagen.

Praktische Unterkunft etwas abseits vom lebhaften Boric

Ausreichend viel Platz im Häuschen mit Balkon und Garten incl. Liegestühlen sowie Fahrradkeller. 2 Bäder vorhanden, wenn auch eines über Balkon erreichbar. Restaurant fußläufig mit relativ gutem Essen.

Leider ohne Frühstück. Bad könnte noch etwas sauberer sein. Zimmer sind sehr schlicht eingerichtet.
