STELLA'S APARTMENT IN MONTI

What did you like about the property? The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location for exploring Rome. The host was exceptionally helpful and kind. Due to a Booking.com payment/check-in issue, we were unable to complete the check-in process, but the host personally drove for almost two hours late at night to help us and let us into the apartment. We really appreciated his effort and support during a stressful situation.

The only issue was a Booking.com system/payment problem that prevented us from completing the online check-in process. This was not the host’s fault, and he did everything possible to help resolve the situation.

We loved how cute the inside was. The hosts were so communicative and were so quick to respond to any of our questions. The porch area was so nice. There was a washer and a drying rack, which was so convenient. The espresso machine made amazing coffee. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was small but more than enough to manage for a couple of days. The location was amazing for our first time visiting Rome. The bathroom was very nice. The air conditioning worked amazingly. All in all, everything was so amazing and clean. We were so pleased with our stay. Cherry on top was the bottle of Prosecco they left for us.

There is not much that we didn’t like. We were very pleased. The only thing I will say is if you’re a tall person or a bigger person, the shower might be a struggle for you. Worked great for us, but it is quite small. The door to the porch area uses some force to open because the iron swells in the summer. We didn’t open it for about two days because we didn’t want to break it, but you do genuinely have to use a lot of force to open it. Other than that, we loved it out there and did spend quite a bit of time there.

The location for this property is amazing! Close to a lot of the major monuments such as the colosseum!

The shower is very small and I am a tall person. The shower also has an issue with drainage, so it caused water to spill onto the floor. The bathrooms also had a significant amount of mould build up from poor ventilation and where was has been sitting over time.

La posizione, centrale e vicina alla metro Cavour. Quartiere molto carino e con molti locali.

Camera estremamente umida nonostante deumidificatore (molto rumoroso e impossibile da spegnere se non si vuole trasformare la camera in una piscina) e climatizzatore in modalità deumidificatore. Circostanza che andrebbe segnalata anche per chi come me è un soggetto allergico. Le asciugamani restano totalmente bagnate sin dal primo utilizzo. Inoltre il bagno è sprovvisto di bidé, circostanza non segnalata nella descrizione (un vero disagio per chi è italiano). Da migliorare la pulizia, soprattutto nei piccoli particolari.
