About this house rental
A little haven of peace: this fully renovated, single-story 80-square-meter home is right on the water in the town of Sevrier, 5 km from downtown Annecy. Direct, private access to the lake and a dock.

Exceptional and idyllic location—a little paradise for nature lovers. Facing the lake, with a dock. You can’t swim directly from the dock, but you can head out on a paddleboard or an inflatable boat.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) with access to the outside—
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (90x190cm)—
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 shower room with towel warmer and hair dryer
- 1 pantry with washing machine
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, microwave/grill, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils) with direct access to the terrace facing the lake
- living/dining room with TV, floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace, the garden, and the lake.
Pets are not allowed
You can enjoy the electric grill, patio furniture, deck chairs, and lounge chairs on the terrace facing the lake.
The house is equipped with ironing supplies, internet, a raclette machine, a fondue set, and a plancha grill.

La maison est très bien aménagée, le ponton sur le lac lui donne beaucoup de cachet. Les canards viennent régulièrement y faire un tour. Il est interdit de se baigner, de pêcher ou de mettre une embarcation à l'eau depuis le ponton de la propriété. Pour accéder au lac, il faut sortir de la propriété dont l'entrée coïncide avec le parking public payant de la plage et du port. La plage et le port se trouvent à chacune des extrémités du parking.

Das gemütliche Haus liegt direkt am See. Wenige Minuten zum Strand. Kurze Wege: Einkaufen, Wassersport, Restaurants. Einfach schön!
