使い捨て歯ブラシ、質がよかった。 アメニティも、物の質がよかった。 スタッフの方がとても気持ちよく挨拶してくれた。

Located in very good location, 5 Minutes Walk to SAKAE station. You can find good restaurants and shops around SAKAE and Odori. Just 450yen = taxi from SAKAE

Your staff disappointed me. I contacted the hotel staff a few months before my stay, and at that time, staff told me that they had 2 car spaces on a first come-first serve basis ( you can see in the attached Picture). If it is full, they can suggest another parking lot not far from the hotel. We can accept that condition However, on the 2nd day ( we booked for 3 nights) I found all the parking lot is empty. Therefore, I park in the 1st lot and then go to the reception to show my hotel key card and ask whether I can park there for a few hours. The staff said NO!!, they said it was only for reservations, I also negotiated and asked for just 30 minutes to unload my luggage. They also said NO!!! Finally, I move the car out to the coin parking lot opposite side with questions in my mind. 1. In the message inbox, you said the parking lots are first come, first serve. But why did the front staff say it must be reserved? 2. as you see parking is available? why can’t park there? Do you reserve for someone? 3. I did check at the hotel parking lot in the nighttime. 1 parking lot was always available, but why did your staff say it must be reserved and I can't park? 4. In this case I must be reserved. I booked the room at least 2 months in advance. Is this not enough for reservations for the parking lot? I need feedback from you APA.
