Hard bed. No thin sheet. Elevator too many people. Terrible pillows. Check in machines confusing and don't work.

Check-in and check-out were quick & smooth. The room was good.
I could hear noise from outside (I was on the 10th floor), and I wore earplugs, but I could still hear outside noise. The area is super seedy, lots of dodgy looking people hanging around doing 'business' on the street. I felt uncomfortable walking around close to the hotel.
