The host is very cooperative, kind and responsive, the position of the apartment is very good and there is the possibility of parking the car inside. The place is clean and equipped

Overall the house needs a very big round of maintenance

The hosts are great and nice people. They provided us with the exact information and such a nice welcome gift. The apartment and its appliances have satisfied our basic expectations and needs.

One of the beds in the living room was full of white cats' or dogs' hair. It was not visible at once, but when I wanted to have some rest in my black t-shirt, and later when I jumped out of the bed I couldn't believe how much hair I could see on it. The apartment needs an air conditioner in the farthest sleeping room. It felt too warm, especially during the warmest and hottest days.

First of all, I would like to highlight and emphasize that the hosts are phenomenal! I have never received so much useful information, advice and recommendations from a host, even though we travel often and use this platform to book accommodation. Many thanks to Iwona and Jan, whom we didn't actually meet, but they were very helpful (where to dine, where to go shopping, where to swim, what to see, how to get to the sights in Thessaloniki, ...). A welcome gift is also a very nice gesture. The town - actually the village - is small, the beach is sandy, the sea is clean, warm. If you are looking for a place to rest - you are in the right place. Proximity to Thessaloniki can make up for everything else. The apartment is lovely, spacious, well organized and well equipped. In the apartment you will find everything you can think of and need - from household appliances, dishes, towels, spices, ... We especially liked the huge terrace and, understandably, we spent most of our time there. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable, but those in the living room are better for someone younger to sleep on. :) The shower cabin may be a little cramped. It might bother some, but we didn't have a problem with it. The apartment is in a residential building, on the second floor. There is no elevator. I mention this because of those who are not in good shape or plan to bring large suitcases. :) If you come by car, you can park in front of the building or in the yard, but make sure you don't park in a spot that has been "reserved" by one of the locals. They can be hostile if they think you are threatening them. Watch out for the cats too, there are plenty of them. In short, a sincere recommendation for this wonderful apartment and I hope everyone who book it will rest and enjoy at least as much as my family and I did. I also hope that I will have the opportunity to stay in this apartment again and, finally, meet Iwona and Jan. Thanks, folks. :)

It happened that the neighbors were noisy. Sometimes you don't know if they are arguing or just talking loudly out of habit. ;)

The apartment is nice, clean, spacious. (bathroom with toilet is small) very well equipped. The hosts respond quickly.

the apartment is located in a bad building. Terrible stench from the sewers is on the stairs, you can smell it when you open the door and sometimes even when you open the windows.
