Un séjour merveilleux

La maison est encore mieux , plus belle et spacieuse que sur les photos. La vue est tout simplement merveilleuse, on ne s’en lasse pas. Les piscines sont immenses, la vue tout aussi merveilleuse et c’est tres calme. L’hôte est charmant et adorable.

Il faut avoir de bonnes jambes pour les marches pour remonter du lac à pied mais c’est valable tout autour du lac

Gelungener Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Unterkunft ist ein wahres Schmuckstück mit einem großartigen Blick auf den Gardasee. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen in den Bergen. Die nahegelegene super saubere Poolanlage ist natürlich ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Bad und einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft bietet 2 Terrassen - eine mit Blick auf den Gardasee, eine andere hinter dem Haus mit Grill. Allerdings haben wir die zweite Terrasse nicht genutzt. Sie war nicht wirklich einladend und ziemlich dunkel. Sie Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Kapselmaschine, Filtermaschine) und einer Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, etc. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden (im 3. Bad im EG). Handtücher, Bettwäsche waren großzügig vorhanden. Der super liebe Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan. Dies hat die Ankunft und Abfahrt etwas flexibler gestaltet. Prospekte für Unternehmungen liegen in einer Vielzahl im Haus aus. Zur Badestelle am Gardasee waren es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Zu Fuß an den See zu kommen ist, entgegen unserer Erwartungen, nicht möglich - der Weg ist lang und entlang einer viel befahrenen Straße ohne Fußweg. Mit Kindern absolut ausgeschlossen. Der nächst größere Ort ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt Nach Malcesine haben wir eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto gebraucht. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, allerdings für ein großes Auto viel zu klein.

Leider ist das Mobiliar ganzschön in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb ich mich bis zum Schluss nicht so richtig wohl gefühlt habe. Gerade in der Küche / Wohnzimmer ist alles sehr dunkel. Lüften konnte man die Räume nicht, da keine Fliegengitter vor den Schlafräumen montiert sind. Das ist vor allem in den Schlafräumen schade. Ich hätte gern mal mit offenen Fenster geschlafen, aber wegen der Mücken und Geccos kam das nicht in Frage. Das Grundstück wirkt ziemlich ungepflegt, teilweise sind die Wege zugewachsen. Die zweite Terrasse, die wir eigentlich zum Grillen nutzen wollten, blieb unbenutzt. Es war nicht wirklich einladend und wirkte so, als wäre sie seit Jahren nie genutzt worden. Ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz ist zwar am Haus aber der ist nur für einen Kleinwagen geeignet. Wir sollten außerhalb des Grundstücks parken, obwohl noch ausreichend alternative Parkflächen am Haus vorhanden waren.
