A perfect stay by the lake

Everything about this place is fantastic! Spotlessly clean, well-equipped apartment, with extremely comfortable beds, in a quiet area. The view from the balcony, as well as from the common area with the infinity pool, is breathtaking. The cascading garden surrounding the building is well kept and pleasant to spend time in. Being able to park the car in such a clean and modern garage inside the same building is also a big plus. We also enjoyed the private sauna and can recommend it to anyone looking for additional relaxation. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Honestly, one of the best apartments I stayed in, ever, and we hope to be back again someday.

Beautiful, comfy and relaxing

Our 2nd visits to this beautiful apartments facing Lake Garda. Friendly and responsive host. We booked 3 apartments and the host is kind and thoughtful to open the sliding door between the 3 balconies so we can walk through to the 3 apartments without getting out from the main door.

Relaxing stay in this beautiful spot

Everything - the location was superb and the apartment was excellent. Our contact, Laura, was so very helpful and looked after us wonderfully. The whole property is so stylish with great yachting artwork as well as U2 prints. Bicycles can be rented and that makes getting around really easy, the Lake Garda path is just across the road.

We were very sad to leave Lake Garda - wish we had stayed longer - we will be back. Only negative is the availability of Ubers - we will rent a car next time.

a beautiful hotel with serious management issues.

Beware of the hotel manager. The property itself is beautiful—stylish design, great location, and overall well-maintained. However, our experience was significantly impacted by poor management and lack of responsiveness. Shortly after arrival, we discovered the shower was leaking heavily. We reported it right away, but no one came to inspect it until over 15 hours later, despite multiple follow-ups. When someone finally did arrive (Manger L), we were told the shower was broken. Instead of offering a solution or apology, the manager accused us of causing the damage (which we absolutely did not) and even suggested we’d need to pay for repairs and we should be happy she was taking on the costs instead. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience, and we were left having to shower near the pool—unacceptable for a property of this caliber. In summary: a beautiful hotel with serious management issues. If something goes wrong during your stay, be prepared for poor communication and little accountability. A disappointing experience in an otherwise lovely setting.

Manager Laura was unnecessarily cruel and did not try to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Deeply unsatisfied and disappointed with her.

Amazing stay in Lake Garda!

The apartment was stunning, with a view of Lake Garda. Laura, the host, was really friendly. We arrived by car, and it was great to have a secure parking space. The apartment was big and spacious, and everything was clean. There was coffee and tea in the rooms, as well as lovely smelling shampoo and soap. The apartment was well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machines. A great addition to everything was that we could order fresh bakery for the morning.

Amazing experience to relax for short and long term!

We had everything we needed to relax in Sunset Residence! There is private sauna and open swimming pool, bbq zone with everything needed to cook there. We rented bikes, but also there was a possibility to rent a scooter and paddle. Also, we ordered the breakfast into the room, and brioches were extremely tasty. Our apartment #1 had all modern technologies, it consisted of living area, small kitchen, slipping area, bathroom and terrace. The panoramic window is also the instance to the apartment. The building of the residence is inserted into a rock, has cascade structure, more dense on the bottom, mostly residences, and lighter on the top, where bbq, pool and sauna integrate with the natural landscape. The landscape design around the area was also very good, all the way long it had the road for slow mobility, places to have sun baths, cafeterias, sport facilities. We spent only one day, but the experience was amazing and I hope to come back again.

Early check out 10;00, and the check-in should be before 19:00, no cleaning, no breakfast included, if you want to change towels you should pay for it, bikes ,sup etc cost extras.
