Beautiful place with some flaws
The location of Villa Luthien is absolutely unbeatable. Directly at the lake, it offers a great balcony, amazing views and a row of small beaches in front of the house. The building itself is about 10-15 min walk from the town center/shops, but there is a beautiful walking/cycling path along the lake, so the street can be avoided. The apartment is very spacious, flooded with light and has a special air-filtering system, which keeps it cool despite the huge windows. The equipment is properly functioning.
-In contrast to the rest of the apartment which was very clean, the kitchen drawers and utensils were old and some even covered with spots of old food. Mugs with traces of lipstic are not very apetizing, it should definitely be improved. - At the time of booking, I was not aware that the parents of the owner live in the apartment beneath the rented property. This was awkward, especially that every meeting with the elderly gentelman came with a new set of "dos and don'ts". At 300€ per night one does not want to be constantly instructed. - The property driveway has a very dangerous fragment. It is not level with the grass, which is not visible to the driver and not properly marked - when entering, our car slid off the driveway and the bottom side board was damaged.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am See, tolle Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Kommunikation in Deutsch war gut. Wir durften am Abreisetag uns Zeit lassen!
