About this house rental
Garden like estate at the foothills of the Petit Jean Mt. that overlooks the Arkansas River. Great for Family Gathering. Giant Boulder Fountains and the beautiful grounds would be perfect for a Small Wedding venue (small extra fee for weddings for utilities of 50 guest or less)(tables & party supplies for rent)(request a price list for these items.) (Wedding Officiant on site) Private In ground Swimming Pool. Your family will be the only one using the pool. Fire Pit & Private Boat Ramp for easy access onto the Arkansas River for fishing, kayaking, canoeing. 1 1/2 miles to Petit Jean Grave Site and 5.5 miles to Petit Jean State Park. Main House has 3 bedroom with 3 Baths, Gas Fireplace and Gas Grill and a Pool Table & Ping Pong Table. Large Guest House located just across the drive has 3 bedroom with 2 Baths. Sleeps 19. Both houses included in this package rental.

Our stay was perfect. Our Grandson got married and we were able to host the rehearsal supper at our facility. The manager was most helpful with everything we needed to make the evening perfect. This is a great place for large group. Everyone had plenty of room to stay.

Family reunion location for ages 10-97 - yes great grandmother was there!! The house was great! Large rooms, decorated nicely and well stocked! The guest house was just adorable! The challenge we had was who was going to get what room - everybody wanted them! :) The location was perfect for the main event at the Petit Jean State Park! The property offered the most beautiful views! We used the pool daily, the fire pit nightly & BBQ for evening meals! The game room with pool table and large oversized furniture were a huge hit with all!! Ms. Gwen was wonderful, welcoming & helpful! Thanks Ms. Gwen for everything - our stay was wonderful & full of fun for everyone! I highly recommend this property for weddings, events & family stays!!

What a dream it was to stay here! Absolutely beautiful! Gwen has provided everything you need for not only a stay with a large group (we had 19) but to have a beautiful intimate wedding! The homes are much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures capture! The property is located in not only a beautiful spot but a very easy drive to town or the Casey’s and dollar general right up the road. Everything was fantastic! Gwen was quick to respond and answer any all questions we had! I would recommend staying here until I’m blue in the face, it was just perfect!

We have a 4 family group of closeknit neighbor/friends.8 adults & 9 kids ranging from age 2-13. This house was PERFECT! We rented both the main & guest houses so everyone had both the privacy they needed, plus the option for all the kids to do things sleepover style! The grounds were absolutely AMAZING, perfect for kids to run and climb around, they performed a talentshow on the “stage”. (we weren’t there the time of year to utilize the pool.) within a few minute drive we could all be at the Petit Jean State Park. So many amazing and beautiful hikes & nature to see. Then within minutes, we could be back home where the kids loved playing pool, or ping pong and the adults could cook together while enjoying a little happy hour on the best front porch EVER! You haven’t lived till you watch a sunrise or just the river with a cup of coffee/cocktail in hand on that front porch! I only wish it could’ve been a touch later in the year so we could’ve seen the beautiful gardens/plants/trees that surrounded us in full bloom. And while the house provided so much that we never had reason to reach out to them, the owners were clearly ready and willing to help us with anything we may have needed. Check in/checkout out was a breeze. (Always appreciate the 11 o’clock check out over the 10 AM). Would definitely recommend!!
