Very close to the train station; Only 15 minute walk to the colosseum. Host met me there and gave me a tour. Two bathrooms to share. Nice warm water. Warm linens. Elevator in building helps because it's on the 7th floor.
Be VERY precise about your arrival. He will meet you there, so if you arrive early or late, you may have to wait for him to arrive. The internet says this is a bad neighborhood, but I didn't have any issues. Nothing I didn't like, but I thought you should know these tidbits.

Good location to the colosseum and central station. Bathrooms were cleaned daily which was good.
The room was a little bit cold because the heater didn’t heat up the whole room, but there were extra blankets supplied.

Paolo give me the option to use other place because I was scared of bedbugs (I read the other reviews) or get the money back. I take the other room in other apartment, was good 😊 thank you Paolo for understanding !

The place has an amazing location, the host was welcoming, and everything was kept clean
Unfortunately, the place had a serious bedbug problem. Despite checking with the host beforehand and being assured the issue had been resolved, we woke up in the middle of the night with bugs crawling on us
