The space in the property was great, with lots of outside space. The fridge and kitchen facilities were great too. Location was great - 20 minute walk into town was great and 10 minute walk to the beach.

The noise from the adjoining property, you can here furniture moving and muffled conversation from neighbours which is not great as it’s next to the main bedroom, so we’re woken up early by the noise. Having to remove and recycle all waste on your last day of check out, we had a car and extra time so managed to accommodate but I think this should be included in the cleaning service on the day of departure and would be a problem for guests not having a car. Having to make up your own bed with linen provided on arrival is a service that should be included

Apartament był bardzo czysty, a pod kątem wyposażenia pobyt był naprawdę bardzo wygodny – na miejscu było w zupełności wszystko, co niezbędne. Materace w łóżkach były niezwykle wygodne. Bardzo podobał mi się też ogród. Kontakt z gospodarzami na szóstkę z plusem – odpowiadali błyskawicznie na każde pytanie. Ogromną zaletą było ich bardzo elastyczne podejście do klienta, szczególnie jeśli chodzi o godziny przyjazdu i wyjazdu, co bardzo doceniamy.

Meble są już nieco starsze i obiektowi przydałoby się lekkie odświeżenie. Przy checkoutcie minusem była konieczność samodzielnego wywożenia posegregowanych śmieci na wyspę ekologiczną, czym mogłaby zająć się obsługa. Dodatkowo furtka z ogrodu była niezamykana, co przy małych dzieciach było problematyczne, bo miały możliwość wyjścia od razu na ulicę – to zdecydowanie mogliby poprawić.

- Gute Lage in ruhigem Wohngebiet mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 20 Minuten in die Stadt - Sauber - Gute Kommunikation mit der zuständigen Firma via Whatsapp

- sehr hellhörig - bei den direkten Nachbarn hört man jedes Geräusch und Gespräch+ ungewöhnliche Ruhezeiten erst ab 23 Uhr - Ausstattung wirklich minimalistisch und alles billiges Zeug (sehr wenig Geschirr/Kochuntensilien, schlechte Handtücher, kein Kehrblech, ...) - Waschmaschine steht innen unter Strom - wir haben beim Ausräumen der Wäsche einen starken Stromschlag bekommen. Gleiches beim Backofen außen an mehreren beschädigten Stellen - echt gefährlich vor allem mit Kindern - Sofa und Stühle sehr unbequem und die Sofapolster verrutschen ständig - keine Bettdecken nur Laken in Kombination mit kühleren Außentemperaturen sehr schwierig - Bad: fast sämtliche Haken an den Wänden abgebrochen, Dusche sehr klein vor allem der Eingang, Ausstattung wirkt in die Jahre gekommen - Warmes Wasser: Es dauert ca. 3-5 Minuten bis überhaupt warmes Wasser kommt, je nachdem wer sonst im Gebäude Wasser nutzt ist es zwischendurch auch wieder kalt. In der Küche außerdem maximal lauwarm, so dass man zum Abspülen Wasser auf dem Herd erwärmen muss weil es sonst nicht sauber wird
