10 minutes walk from excellent beach. Big terrace with view.
Bit outdated separate payment for linen and towels. Not well functioning induction stove.

Es wird extrem schnell reagiert (z.B. kleine Ameisenplage bei der Ankunft, was normal ist wenn es eine Zeit lang geregnet hat wurde sofort entfernt, oder ), sie sind sehr freundlich. Erkundigen sich immer ob alles ok ist wenn man in der Nähe ist.
Preise haben stark angezogen. Es ist alles super und verglichen mit anderen Anbietern im Soll.
Deswegen will ich sie gar nicht zu hoch loben (obwohl sie es verdienen würden), damit wir nächstes Jahr noch ein Platz zu einem vernünftigen Preis bekommen. ;-)

The location is super nice, it is indeed 10 minutes walking from La Cinta beach. La Cinta is pretty spectacular one, not just average one. Apartment is spacious and has a lovely garden. There are two ACs in the apartment and nets against mosquitoes
We were missing a few pretty basic, but essential things in the apartment. There is only one roll of toilet paper, no shower gel, no detergent for the washing machine, no salt/pepper/oil for cooking. When you travel light as we do, you need to buy all these things yourself. If this would be improved, I believe the quality of this accommodation offer would increase significantly! If you would like to work from this apartment (e.g. make video calls), the connection is alright, but definitely not the best, we had a few issues with it. No good signal in the bedroom
