Beautiful apartment in perfect location in beautiful town.
Location, building, terrace, views, beds were very comfortable. All we needed very close - supermarket, pannatteria, bars, restaurants, beach.
Lack of parking in the area. Very noisy - next to railway line, but they don't run at night.

Very noisy trains a problem
Location is excellent. Great view from the lounge dining room.
Noise from trains is terrible. The railway is directly behind the main bedroom wall. Passenger and goods trains run regularly during the night and will wake up even the most sound sleepers. Stayed 4 nights and got woken up many times. Kitchen range hood is broken. Told host who knew about it but didn't seem interested. One of the kitchen chairs has a broken cane seat. Most are very wobbly. Shame that guests aren't getting what they expect.

Karakteristiek gebouw in een relaxte buurt.
De locatie was perfect (afgezien van de trein), nabij winkels, strand en het station. De woning was licht, veel raam (goed te luchten, wat belanrijk is omdat er geen airco is) en het terras.
We wisten dat de spoorlijn naast de slaapkamer verloopt, maar hoeveel treinen op een dag en ook 's nachts passeren. Goederentreinen haalden ons uit de slaap. We hebben een airco gemist minstens in de slaapkamer (ook was dit bekend).

Goede ligging echter te dicht langs spoort
Goede ligging in een appartementengebouw ( piazza) redelijk in centrum. In 5 min op het strand.
Het appartement ligt vrijwel direct naast spoorlijn zodat je de treinen hoort langs denderen. Koffie apparaat oid mist evenals vaatwasser.

Der Ort ist traumhaft schön und besonders empfehlenswert für Taucher und Urlauber ohne Auto.
Die Lage war ideal für uns, nur wenige Gehminuten von unserer Tauchbasis und dem Hafen entfernt. Ein Auto hatten wir nicht dabei, daher kein Parkplatzproblem. Viele kleine Läden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat trotz Verständigungsschwierigkeiten (wir können kein Italienisch, die Schlüsselhalterin weder Deutsch noch Englisch) reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung war durchgehend sehr ordentlich ausgestattet, besonders gut gefallen hat uns der großzügige Balkon.
Direkt hinterm Haus verläuft die Bahnschiene. Da diese Bahnschiene aber nun mal an der Küste entlang verläuft, wird man um dieses Geräusch nicht ganz herumkommen, wenn man in Strandnähe wohnen möchte. Wir kamen mit der Matratze nicht so gut klar, für uns war sie zu hart. Aber das ist ja individuelle Geschmackssache.
