This location has been the perfect one for our weekend in Camogli! The location is amazing, looking out of the window and finding the sea is incredible. The house is super clean and cozy and stocked with everything. The staff is super kind and available. I am definitely visiting it again in the future!

Very kind host, available, helped with parking, with luggage, extremely available. It was a very nice experience, a great host who could give us extra tips and advice was very welcome.

great location, quiet, spacious apartment. washing machine was a bonus for longer term travellers.

unfortunately the delay in construction precluded enjoying the view. shutters couldn’t be opened. Linens, though clean, could have been fresher, newer. queen sized bed in one bedroom was comfortable but 2 bedroom had only a double sized pull out sofa bed. Building is without an obvious identifying address.

Localization is a great advantage.

Our stay was unfortunately one big failure. The main drawbacks: 1. No parking space, despite the fact that the ad stated that there was a parking space. 2. Condition of the apartment were not good at all. We were bitten by BEDBUGS! 3. Very poorly furnished apartment, uncomfortable beds. The apartment is provided for 6 people, but it is a joke, because the maximum can fit four people. 4. Renovation still in progress! The ad says it was supposed to end in May 2022, and it continues. The view of the port is obstructed by blue netting and scaffolding. These are the main drawbacks of the stay. Addressing them one by one. There is really no point in coming here by car, as 95% of the places in the town are reserved for residents only. The owner informed us that there would be a parking space available for us, but on site it turned out that the parking spaces are under renovation as is the whole building. We had to leave our car almost 2 kilometers away! The apartment was moderately cleaned and we were bitten by bedbugs at night! Each of us returned from this trip with numerous bites. There was a lot of dirt under the sheets on the mattresses. The apartment is not one of the most comfortable. The ad says that it can sleep 6 people, but this is untrue. A normal bed is only for two people, the other 4 can sleep on uncomfortable sofa beds. The apartment was, also poorly furnished. The ongoing renovation and the sounds of the nearby children's playground also did not help to have a nice stay. In the evenings, it was very noisy and every now and then you could hear a moving train. During the week there are workers walking on the scaffolding making it impossible to talk about any privacy. In summary a very big disappointment!

The location is wonderful - if only I could see the view through all the construction. Close to the city center. Very accommodating host.

It is ongoing construction work around the building, so there is no view and since there is no aircon you to have the windows open (still very hot), and is therefore woken up by builders right outside early in the morning. This didn’t feel either safe nor private. I think this is a wonderful place, but there should be a warning that the ongoing work is as intrusive as it is. It must be stated that the host wasvery nice and had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge.

Location was fantastic and the size was perfect for 4 people. The host helped set up dinner reservations and was very accommodating to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Checking in and out was easy. Cute playground next door for anyone that has kids and the view from the apartment can’t be beat. The dock was a quick 100 steps down and convenient to catch a ferry or water taxi to neighboring towns. Great location to walk to late night eateries and bars.

Building was being renovated so our view was slightly obstructed, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Luckily there was no work happening the day we were there.

Camogli is a typical Ligurian gem, but this so-called apartment has all the charm of a Lufthansa waiting room. Should be fun seeing the owner try to explain all this away

Outer facade of the building is under construction. Owner says this is clear in the description but it is NOT clear. So u have to be out if there 8-5 with no stop for lunch due to constant hammering and drilling. Men walking up and around scaffolding in front of the rooms' windows, which are sealed in plastic. Force open a window and instead of the port of Camogli you see an construction worker, literally outside your window. Meanwhile the Genoa-La Spezia train passes with feet of the back of the building, making the whole place shake about every 5 minutes. Owner had the cheek to tell me the workers haven't been around for weeks (because he knew I'd walk away) but 10 minutes after owner left, the worker on the scaffolding said, "We're here every day." Owner also had the bad street sense to make me stand there while he filled out a receipt for 3 euros for local tax on top of the room fee. The client hates the second bill more than the first, is my view. I don't care about the 3 euros, just add it to the bill. Don't make me stand there for ten minutes. Next, if you're going to buy an Ikea mattress lamp chairs etc, then why throw the mattress across two crappy cots left over from your parents' basement? The bed in the second room is not a bed it's a fold out couch. Oh, and there is no table to eat on sit around etc...if you want to eat with someone it has to be on high barstools. Good luck doing that wiith kids! Washing machine worked but where ya gonna hang the stuff to dry when all the windows are closed due to construction.

Appartments located in very nice town. Beautiful surroundings around. Spacious flat and very well equiped.

Could be hard to find parking next to the flat.

We fell in love with Camogli. The accomodation is a clean 2nd storey apartment close to downtown, with gorgeous see view from the bedrooms and living room. We were touched by a welcome gift from the host, bottle of white sparkling wine. We will definitely come back to Camogli one day!

The noise from the traffic going around the apartment

It was one of the most wonderful our family vacations in this beautiful apartment with sea view. The owner is very efficient and contact person who replies immediately and helps with deferent requests. Camogli is very romantic, very special old city in Liguria with houses and small port for boats like in a picture with very nice beach and sea, a lot of roads for walk in shadow park in hills with beautiful trees. Apartment is situated in 10 min by walk from the train station. Fish market and good supermarket Gulliver are in 5-10 minutes from the apartment. We like all this very much and want to come back.

It would be better to get door handles repaired and also handle in the window in one of the bedrooms.

Propreté et amabilité de notre hôte, situation géographique à pieds. La vue superbe de l'appartement. Appartement confortable et fonctionnel.

Le stationnement à Camogli est très très compliqué d'autant plus que pour accéder à l'appartement il faut passer dans une zone ZTL réservée aux résidents. Il faut un enregistrement préalable de la plaque d'immatriculation. Et après aucune place de stationnement à proximité de l'appartement. Il faut traverser tout le village. Pas du tout pratique et payant très cher jusqu'à minuit. Enfin le bruit des trains qui passent en dessous de l'appartement est perceptible et gênant.

Posizione centralissima, comodissima per visitare Camogli a piedi Vista sul mare davvero splendida, uno dei punti forti dell’appartamento Acqua fresca trovata all’arrivo, molto gradita Garage disponibile per l’auto, a pagamento, comodissimo considerando la zona, e, cosa non da poco, pass per zona ZTL per la macchina. Nonostante alcuni aspetti organizzativi da migliorare, nel complesso siamo stati bene e ci tornerei volentieri.

L’ascensore era fuori servizio e non siamo stati avvisati: con passeggino e scale ripide è stato scomodo All’arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere circa 15 minuti fuori, con un bambino piccolo, perché il proprietario non rispondeva, perchè non prendeva il telefono ed in casa non c'era nessuno. Alcuni dettagli della pulizia migliorabili (ad esempio vetri con ditate) Nessun kit per la colazione, sarebbe stato gradito

Все було чудово від початку і до кінця! В день заїзду, після довгої дороги з дітьми, в холодильнику нас чекала пляшка шампанського. Ми затримувалися в дорозі і нас терпляче чекала сестра власника. Квартира дійсно простора і відповідає фото. З вікон відкривався прекрасний вид, і кожного вечора можна було спостерігати як сонце сідає в бірюзове море. Кондиціонером користувалися рідко, тому що віконниці допомагали ховатися від прямих сонячних променів і при цьому в квартирі постійно було свіже повітря. Квартира оснащена всим необхідним. Приємно вразила наявність смачної кави. До моря декілька хвилин. Набережна не дуже велика, але на ній вдосталь кафе, ресторанів, барів, смачного морозива та морепродуктів. З гавані щодня та щогодини відправляється катер до Пунта Кʼяппа, Сан Фрутузо. Також здається 2 рази на тиждень до Генуї. Бажаючі можуть орендувати яхту, чи човник. Також в бухті можливо орендувати каяк чи сап, або ж маски для снорклінгу. Можливо також подайвити, якщо ви без власного знаряддя, його теж можна орендувати. Поряд з будинком дитячий майданчик. Магазини 5 хвилинах від апартаментів. Господар просто кращий з найкращих. Відповідав на всі питання, навіть надавав фото по запиту. 10 днів, в нашому випадку було мало, щоб відвідати всі запропоновані памʼятки вздовж узбережжя. Хотілося просто неквапно насолоджуватися морем, сонячними променями та смачними вечерями. Тому я впевнена, що ми обов’язково ще зустрінемось. До нових зустрічей!

Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso weekend in questo appartamento, io, mia moglie e le nostre due bambine di 5 e 8 anni. Tutto è stato perfetto sin dal nostro arrivo. Il proprietario si è dimostrato sempre estremamente gentile e disponibile, così come la signora dell’accoglienza, cordiale e attenta a ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è moderno, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. La vista sul mare è davvero incantevole e rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un grande valore aggiunto è la possibilità di usufruire di un garage a pagamento molto comodo, soprattutto per chi come noi viaggia con un’auto grande. La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi si trovano il porto, il centro del paese e la spiaggia. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno di relax in una location bella e ben curata. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e non vediamo l’ora di tornare! La vista sul mare aperto era semplicemente da togliere il fiato: un vero spettacolo. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e preciso nelle comunicazioni pre-arrivo, mentre Daniela è stata una presenza dolcissima e sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Torneremo molto volentieri!
