Meraviglioso podere immerso nel verde della campagna toscana, vicinissimo alla bellissima spiaggia di Torre Mozza, raggiungibile in 2 minuti esatti di auto (sconsiglio di andarci a piedi, la strada non è pedonale). Ampio parcheggio all'interno della proprietà, curatissima in ogni dettaglio. Appartamento a piano terra molto ampio e confortevole, silenzioso, con piccolo giardinetto recintato dotato di tavolo, sedie, sdraio. All'ingresso, un meraviglioso camino sempre acceso che a noi è piaciuto tantissimo. L'host è stato gentilissimo, e ci ha dato preziose informazioni su cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni. Sul retro della casa è possibile fare una passeggiata tra gli ulivi. Posizione ok, sulla strada principale che permette di raggiungere qualsiasi servizio in pochi minuti. Il paese di Riotorto si raggiunge in 5 minuti di auto. A fine soggiorno abbiamo acquistato il buonissimo olio prodotto dall'host nel podere!
Il materasso sarebbe da sostituire.
Mancano coperte e cuscini extra.
Inoltre consiglio di lasciare almeno una bottiglia di acqua a disposizione dell'ospite al suo arrivo.

Beautiful house surrounded by greenery with a large and clean swimming pool. Free parking in the shade of pine trees. Rooms - clean, spacious, air-conditioned, perfectly furnished and equipped - comfortable and functional, but also with great taste. Some details sometimes need repair (leaky shower hose etc) but this is normal wear and tear and will not spoil the overall effect.
In the rooms at the back of the building (from the pool side) silence and a beautiful view of the nearby hills, in the rooms with windows at the front of the building you can hear a little noise from the road.
Excellent location near beautiful and clean beaches, 15 minutes’ walk away (no pedestrian path but we checked - access is not difficult and safe) or access by car (large paid parking lot), there are several nice restaurants by the beach.
Nearby (max 20 min drive) several towns worth visiting (we recommend Piombino, Suvereto, Massa Marittima, Populonia, Baratti)
We only thing missing are bikes for guests - the area is perfect for exploring by bike :)
