Clean, tidy and central.
The WiFi and internet access was very poor, I raised this a number of times, but wasn’t resolved.

Great look/vibe Perfect Location Air Conditioning
Wifi was slow and I also had no cell reception, so I had to leave to get online when needed. No Elevator for Luggage.

it is very well situated, right in the heart of Rome
Mainly, being there in the winter, I was cold - even with the heating on high pretty much all the time. (I also think during the winter it would be helpful to put down some rugs). There wasn't a toaster in the kitchen (as advertised) and I thought that the supply of toiletries left for five days was quite meagre. Also - given the standard of Italian terrestrial - sky tv would have been a bonus.
