Ótimo apartamento, amplo, muito bem localizado. Da pra ir a pé pra vários pontos. Uma praça super movimentada e cheia de restaurantes ao lado. Eu amei e quero voltar. Os donos ótimos e respondem rápido e resolutivos.

O ar de um dos quartos não estava gelando. Mas não foi incômodo por isso nem falamos com os donos.

Beds were very comfortable and sheets were clean. Good wifi, air con and great location

We were 2 couples aged 60+ and chose this property because it advertised 2 bathrooms with shower. It only has 1 shower. The second “bathroom” only had a toilet and wash hand basin and the toilet leaked and overflowed as soon as we arrived. Luca was still there and saw this. He told us he called a plumber but no plumber arrived so we had only 1 bathroom for our 2 night stay. No toiletries were provided and only 1 small toilet roll per couple. We had to buy more toilet paper the morning we were leaving. Another person arrived the following evening with toiletries but we had already purchased some. The shower overflowed as the water flowed from both shower heads. It was a mess. The sofa in the living room was very badly stained. There was no washing machine. Luca never replied to us when we complained about the lack of toiletries and never reported the broken toilet to the owner.
