Good, comfortable hotel, staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. WiFi and air conditioning worked well, electric kettle with tea & coffee in room.

Centrally located in the heart of Colombo
Rooms are okay. This is the 3rd time staying in this hotel, but for somereason this stay was not upto the standards what we expected.
The room was clean, but the bathroom was not. There were spills and dirty spots, and the bathroom walls also had several dirt marks.
We also requested an iron to iron our clothes. The receptionist agreed to provide one, but it never arrived. I followed up multiple times, but each time I was told they were busy, and the iron was never provided.Overall, the room itself was fine.
