Location and breakfast was nice

breakfast good close to tourist attractions helpfull staff overall I would have have returned to the SEILAN Hotel at the end of my trip if the internet worked

internet very poor I was unable to use it - log on fine for about 2min then it droped out, log back in then told unable to connect to internet (even next to the hub) 4 days no internet spent 8 hours at the visa office to extend tourist visa because unable to use online application

Seilan is a lovely place to stay. The rooms and communal areas are bright and very tastefully decorated, showers are lovely with hot water, and it is in a very good location for some great restaurants and bars. The room we stayed in had both fan and AC. There is a lift which comes in handy with luggage! The hosts are warm, friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms and friendly staff On the positive side, the room was very clean and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The location is also a major plus, being close to some amazing places to visit.

My stay at Seilan was okay overall, but there were a few logistical frustrations that impacted the experience. However, getting back to the property at night proved to be quite stressful. The main gate gets locked, and because the door bell was broken (taking three days to finally get fixed), I often had to rush back, call someone, and wait outside in the dark just to get let in. Additionally, the room lock was a bit rusty and took some time to figure out. If these access and maintenance issues are sorted out, it would be a much nicer place to stay. As it stands, it's just okay.
