Great location, helpful staff
Breakfast could be better . Turkey has many kind of breads .it would be better to have fresh local breads. Towels very old . Towels needs to be change.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a really great experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. Everything was comfortable and well organized. I would definitely stay here again!

The location and the breakfast were very good, and the daily cleaning was good
There are 3 of us . They give us only one key and when we asked they gave us 2 keys. The Air conditioner doesn't work inside, so I have to call the reception every time I need to turn on the air conditioner. When I call the Reception for my room they hang up on me or they don't respond that's why every time I want the air conditioner on I have to go to the reception to ask them to turn it on
