This location is perfect for anyone looking to celebrate a Belmont or Vandi Graduation or just a Nashville get away for large groups. The layout is a bit odd in that 3 of the beds and 1 bath are located n a separate part of the home and need to walk thru the garage to get to common space but does offer a lot of space for guests and common gathering area. We didn't realize there were trundle beds and cots available in each room (our bad) until we were leaving. Stocked Keurig and kitchen has some incidentals to help make in home meals with ease. Facility management was easy to work with and response time was rather prompt. The Rooftop deck was a nice touch and could have been used if the weather had cooperated. All in all a nice house with great location and super comfy beds!

Plenty of beds and room to accommodate a large group! Fully stocked kitchen and everything needed for our stay. There are alot of steps but fine for a younger crowd. We loved our stay!

The location is awesome and there are a lot of beds and bathrooms! The only surprise was that the two bedroom floors are separated by the garage level and the kitchen level so 1/2 of our party was 2 flights of stairs away from the main area. Great for joint bachelor/bachelorette parties but the separation is not captured well in photos. Lots of stairs between levels
