Had a great stay at this townhouse! The distance is not too far from Broadway as it is only about a 10min uber away. There is plenty of space to spread out within the townhouse. We had 10 people and fit very comfortably in the house. The rooftop is also a great feature and we enjoyed spending time up there. The host was excellent. Clear communication and quick responses were the standard when speaking with the host. The townhouse was clean and stocked with all the essentials. One thing I will point out is that the townhouse has several floors and many stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have people in your party that have mobility issues, you may run into problems staying here due to all the stairs. Overall, it was a great stay and I will absolutely consider staying again on future visits to Nashville.

We (4 adults all 50 y/o+) were visiting Nashville for a birthday weekend and show at Bridgestone Arena. Thx Condo is in a safe, convenient location just across from Belmont University.
Pros: Great communication with host. The condo was clean and well stocked (including plenty of coffee and paper towels/toilet paper, etc). Tons of room/space. The rooftop space is very nice. Plenty of parking.
Cons: while everything was as described and definitely deserves 5 stars, there are a few things to keep in mind…
There are A LOT of stairs. All beds are Full or twin (no queen) All very comfortable.
Layout
The bottom floor is it’s own space with enough room for at least 6 people. Next floor is the garage. Then kitchen/living room Third floor is 2 bedrooms/2baths. Fourth floor is rooftop space.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here are would definitely book again and/or recommend.

We had ten people in town for a friends birthday and this place was perfect. More than enough room and the roof is awesome!

Place is great for a large group! Lots of stairs, wouldn’t recommend for older people though. Also, when we first arrive the upper floors smelled like trash, and it didn’t dissipate throughout our stay. Other than that it was really clean and comfortable.
Somewhat walkable (about a mile from grocery stores and 12 south neighborhood).
Definitely need to Uber or drive to Broadway.
Hosts were super flexible with early and late check in and communication was a breeze. I would stay here again.
