Our son graduated from Belmont and this amazing townhouse gave our family from all over, a gorgeous space to gather and celebrate.
Located right on 12 South, you can easily walk or drive to Belmont. There is an attached 2-car garage that makes coming and going a breeze.
The rooms were clean and so comfortable and the kitchen had all the little extras we needed for serving meals and celebrating. The rooftop gave us a bonus space with an amazing view of Belmont and downtown Nashville.
Don’t hesitate to book this townhouse for a memorable graduation weekend… or any other reason you may have to gather in Nashville. Greta answered all my questions and I trusted that she was always just a phone call away if I needed her. We did not. We had a perfect stay.

Overall, the house was super cute. The place is super spacious. We did have some issues though. It started off by having a very dirty shower curtain. The property manager was very nice and brought a new shower curtain asap but I had to take off the old one and put the new one on myself (I thought that was odd). Some girls took showers upstairs and the ceiling in the kitchen began to leak from the light fixtures. We called and a maintenance guy came out but nothing could be done. They mentioned this happened before and to not get any water out of the showers. The last issue we had was with the fridge. We brought coolers full of food and drinks that ended up going bad because the fridge took 48 hours to finally get cold. We were told by the property manager that it would only take 24 hours. So if you stay at this property, make sure to ask them to turn the fridge on or do whatever they need to do to have it cold for you.
Other than that, the place was great for our stay. We had a bunch of girls for a bachelorette party and made the best of it. It was a short ride to Broadway by Uber.
The driveway to the house was a little scary and lots of construction but it’s nice to have a 2 car garage to park in. There’s a little cafe across the street too! Everything was really close.

Beautiful house and roof top that comfortably sleeps 10 people. We were able to do a bag drop for no additional fee! House has everthing you need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, towels and kitchen supplies! Safe neighborhood. Just a 7 mintue/ $10 ride from Broadway. Very convenient and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend property.
