The ambience was fantastic giving a real five star feel about the place.
The swimming pool was over heated and had restrictive hours of operation.

Pretty room with balcony, nice gym, activities, fabulous breakfast, excellent spa
Small things are missing… insufficient electric plugs in the room. Not enough garbage cans. Front desk staff needs better language skills. Concierge desk needed, they should have a lap pool given the size of the hotel
