    Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The hotel’s location was quite inconvenient, with very limited nearby facilities such as restaurants, convenience stores, and other essential services. Considering the room rates, we expected better value for money. The price was relatively high compared to the amenities and location offered. While the staff were courteous, especially the woman receptionist who is nice and accommodating, on the other hand, the boy receptionist was a bit rough and rude. We hope the management can provide complimentary car rental services during night time. The hotel charged us 400 baht for a 5-minute ride to the restaurant nearby. The rate was overly high considering the distance is just within the vicinity area. We hope the hotel can improve overall value and guest experience. Also, during our stay a large centipede came out of the lavatory sink while brushing my teeth. I jumped out and screamed. My partner came to see and kill the insect with a rubber slipper. What a crazy experience it was. Please check the rooms thoroughly before renting it out to avoid these untoward incident in the future.
