This detached cottage is near Mullion and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Higher Lampra is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Mullion. It houses one lower-ground-floor bedroom with a king-size double with an en-suite with a basin and WC. On the ground-floor you will find an amply equipped kitchen which houses a quirky shower cubicle with a walk-in shower. Completing the interior is sitting room with a TV, woodburning fire and a dining area. To the outside you will find off-road parking, 14 acres of shared land and an enclosed garden with seating. Higher Lampra promises to be a wonderful escape to this corner of Cornwall. Please Note: From January 2025 this property will accept a Friday changeover only. Please note: dogs are not permitted to sleep on the beds, if you would like them too please bring all your own bedding and inform us of this prior to your arrival.
Amenities: Electric heating and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, selection of DVD’s. Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. 14 acres of shared grounds with one other holiday let. Enclosed garden with lawn and garden seating. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Coast 2 miles. Pub and shops 1 mile. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note: Starter pack for woodburning stove will be provided but additional logs can be purchased. Close by is the market town of Helston which is famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many legends of the "Furry Dance".
