La struttura è molto bella e la posizione è ottima, si trova al centro di San Teodoro. I proprietari di casa sono accanto alla struttura ma non sono invadenti e sono disponibili ad ogni evenienza.
Scarsa presenza di servizi: mancanza di appendini sia in bagno che nelle stanze (compreso quello per carta igienica), scarsa presenza di prodotti per pulire, la spazzatura è a carico dell’ospite in quanto va smaltita al di fuori della struttura. All’entrata della struttura abbiamo trovato la biancheria ma abbiamo dovuto farci noi i letti.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The property fully met our expectations. First of all, the place was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which we highly appreciated. The location of the house is simply perfect. It is an excellent base for exploring the most beautiful parts of Sardinia, while the surrounding area remains quiet and peaceful. The service deserves a special mention – the lady from the agency was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She made us feel very well taken care of. We would gladly return here in the future. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Vermieter Paar und Nicole (Rezeption) unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend. Lage und Ruhe des Hauses einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder. Und freuen uns auf Marco.
