10 Cove View is a seaside apartment, nestled in the thriving town of Ilfracombe, near the Exmoor National Park. It boast two lower ground floor bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin (zip/link can be double on request), sleeping four people altogether. There is also a lower ground floor bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside is an enclosed garden just off from the twin bedroom, two balconies from the living areas and off road parking for two cars. 10 Cove View is a stylish apartment in prime position for exploring the North Devon coast. Note: A pull out bed can be provided for an additional child on request at an additional cost of £20. Note: Between Easter and the end of September all bookings must have a Friday start date
Amenities: Two reserved off road parking spaces in private car park. Gas central heating with adjustable Nest thermostat in lounge. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave/grill, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, slow cooker and hand blender. Sony TV with full Sky TV package including Sky Channels, Netflix, Movies, Sports via Skygo app on PlayStation 4 console, Roberts music system, PS4 games, WiFi, selection of books and games. Hairdryer, Iron and Board. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, booster seat (for 6 months +), maximum 1 infant.
