The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen/diner with range oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a snug, a sun room and a sitting room with woodburning stove, Smart TV, BluRay/DVD player, SONOS speaker, games and books. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite, a king-size with en-suite and a twin along with a ground-floor wet room. Outside there are large gardens, patio area, patio furniture, barbecue, drying room, shared storage shed and ample off-road parking together with an on-site electric car charging point. Within 4 miles you will find a shop and a pub is 1.6 miles away and please note one well-behaved dog is welcome and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Penrhyn Barn promises guests a relaxing and enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings with breath-taking sea views.
