Brynteg Glamping

We stopped in a one bed chalet which was immaculately clean, and was really beautiful. The whole site was amazing and friendly, the animals were a hit with the kids!

Smell of dog food from previous guest was overwhelming and couldn't air out. Overpriced, but understandable for bank hol weekend.

No shower gel/shampoo. Would be a nice small addon to the whole experience/convenience Mattress was springy and uncomfortable for two people due to movement No table or chairs outside in our lodge whilst every other one had table and chairs These are not even strong dislikes just suggestions to improve the whole experience

Great location with all the attractions we wanted to go to in a good drivable distance. Good pod with all amenities you need, good layout to make sure that you had the facilities and space you need.

Staff were really unfriendly and unwelcoming on arrival. We were a little bit early, only half an hour and happy to wait in the car or stretch our legs, but made to feel like we were a problem. She was short staffed due to an influx of booking, I booked mine well in advance, so not directly related to my booking. She was harassed and closed her eyes and took several deep breaths before talking to me!! Not the welcome you want and especially when I have spent £400 on a two night stay! The understaffing also showed in the pod, the hot tub water had not been changed. You could see dead skin and hair in there also the pod needed to be cleaned more throughly and looked like a rushed job. I rewashed all the crockery as I was unsure if they have been done properly. I didn’t complain directly given the reception that we had I was I sure of the reaction I would get. If the property was clean and friendly staff it would have been perfect, all the potential to be a great short break.
