A well equipped property. Loved the underfloor heating! Great location. Marvellous to have a log burner. Everywhere clean. Slept well. Bed comfy. Devoured local produce. Beach amazing - booked a hut for the day. Lots to see from this great location.

We loved our stay at Mousetrap - perfect location for exploring Wells as well as relaxing indoors!
Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, house was warm. Perfect stay!

5* bungalow in upmarket Norfolk seaside resort
Location was great. 10 min walk into the centre of Wells with quayside, cafes, restaurants and shops Washing machine was useful addition. Good WiFi and smart TV 2 parking spaces was a bonus as this is like gold dust in Wells and took the stress out of the day
Hairdryer needs upgrading, blows luke warm air which is a bit slow if more than one person needs to dry their hair Baking tray needs replacing, very scratched surface. Otherwise kitchen well stocked including scales for baking Dishwasher would be helpful here for family holidays! The cottage is situated on a blind bend and people with young children need to be cautious crossing as cars come very fast. I was surprised there wasn't a mirror in place. The speed limit is 20mph here.

A nice relaxing week in a good location.
Lovely spacious well equipped property with good parking in an excellent location for exploring Wells on foot.
As there were 5 of us staying in the property a dishwasher would have been a bonus.
