Marthas Traditional House

The location at the top of Chorio was delightful and we had views over Pedi and Gialos. The forty steps up from the village were not as bad as I had anticipated although it was a bit of struggle to get our suitcases up them! We had the lovely bakery and supermarket on our doorsteps and some of our favourites restaurants and bars just two minutes walk away. The AC, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and fridge freezer, kettle were all very good as was the WIFI. And the bathroom being across the courtyard was not an issue at all. Johnny was always available and helpful when we needed him and he organised a taxi to take us to the port when we left.

For a teenager boy and his grandmother the rooms felt cluttered but I’m sure a double sofa bed in the bedroom would be great for familes.

It was really refreshing to be able to stay in an authentic, traditional Symi family house in November. The location up in the village was perfect for us. The hot water, heating and wifi were excellent. The roof terrace was a bonus. The service given by the owner and the value for money were outstanding.

Casa tradizionale molto accogliente con cortile interno e terrazzino con vista bellissima. Posizione fantastica - attraverso le scale raggingibile il Porto, Pedi, al centro di Chora . Accoglienza molto calorosa.

Great location and excellent communication from the host. Very informative. The property was full of charm and character.
