The place was exactly as described. The view from the patio faced the light show on the lake and we could see most of the attractions from our room. From the front we had a fantastic view if the ocean and pools. Having a keypad entrance made it VERY helpful and convenient. Didn't have to worry abt keys or cards. We were within walking distance to EVERYTHING. There are pools, hot tubs on multiple floors which helps with over crowding. Sanitizing stations all around and the beach is right across the street. Great place and location! This was a great family vacation with my kids and we will be back!

The weather could have been warmer but that's a review for mother nature.

The bed was amazing! I slept so good.

Could have been more towels, with 8 people here I washed towels twice a day every day we were there. Also there was no dust pan for sweeping up sand from our feet.

Convenient location. Walmart is right across the street and just a short walk across the street to Pineapple Willy’s and the beach.

The cleanliness of the rooms. Upon arriving inside the condo we could feel sand all throughout the condo & also in both beds the sheets had sand. The kids bunks had no tv nor did the 2nd bedroom. Disappointed the kids splash pad the slide was broken and one of the hot tubs were also broken. The hot tub upstairs on the 10th floor stayed packed so we weren’t able to enjoy it. And we had one good warm day from Wednesday to Sunday. I will not come back during spring break the locals said they have a cold front every year right before Easter. So that explains the winds and why it was so cold.

It was nice and clean

The bedroom tv didn’t work, the toilet ran all night, fan in master bedroom didn’t work, and the elevators!!!! We had to walk up and down six flights of steps the entire time…..
