Gulfview Condo #1809 at Laketown Wharf

Property was exceedingly clean and peaceful

Everything was great!

The condo itself was nice. The ensuite bath was great. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well each night. The  sliding doors were very good at keeping the noise to a bearable level. The living room furniture is very worn and not comfortable to sit on. With a toddler we spent more time in the condo watching TV. The view was phenomenal. The appliances were easy to use and worked well.

First thing I noticed was there are not enough elevators for the amount of condos. The day we checked in we used the elevators that were closest to our condo. One of the two was not working, therefore we waited approximately 15 minutes with all our luggage, bags, and a toddler. The non-working elevator did not work for 3 of the 5 days during our stay. The elevators by the lobby had only two working elevators the first two days we were there. We attempted to order food from one of the restaurants on property, The Bun Lab. But it did not have a good phone number listed. So we had to use Door Dash. Then no dasher showed up to deliver the food. So, I had to go down 18 floors and pick it up. Then catching an elevator back up was another 10-15 minutes. There was not a deadbolt on the door and it appeared the door had been damaged previously. It did not feel overall safe at night.
