Agios Ioannis luxurious beachfront studio

The studio apartment is located seafront with only a road separating. The view from the comprehensively furnished balcony is ideal. The photographs are slightly misleading and don't do justice to the interior facilities. There is stacks of hanging space with a copious amounts of sturdy hangers. There is massive fridge/freezer. Enough towels left for our stay and sets of cutlery which would shame a military brigade All equipment was new and spruce. Importantly the water supply is filtered and potable which is great.The property is central to all facilities including supermarkets and restaurants. The outdoor terrace is well furnished and gets both morning and evening sun. The owner Vasi!is is not in residence but sends informational e-mails etc asking.of our holiday and making suggestions of places to go on the Pelion peninsula. What's not to like? There is underground parking which guarantees no difficulties. Resort singers seem to be free it you invest 20 euros on rinks and food during the day.Thanks for a great stay.

Parts of the town need some T.L.C. And may prove difficult for those with mobility dksabilities.

Wifi instable Pression douche instable Pour un studio de "luxe", nous aurions apprécié les basiques (huile olive, gel douche...) La terrasse donne sur la rue : doit être bruyant en haute saison + odeurs d'échappement

Modern, in a great position within the village and with excellent parking arrangements. The room was very clean and had far more facilities than we required.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
