Just renovated seaside home 80 meters from the sea

Great location just a short walk (although steep) from the beach and Avios Ioannis. Beds and sofa comfortable and plenty of space for 4 people. Great shower pressure and storage/amenities.

Bath/shower small and no holder for the shower head which would be an easy fix. Aircon only in living room rather than bedrooms but fans were provided. Mosquito netting not in second bedroom.

Man hat eine herrliche Aussicht auf die See. Die Wohnung ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand Papa Nero sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern!

Great location, beautiful balcony view and a very nice, comfortable,cozy apartment with spacious bedrooms.

However, for €163 per night, we expected better service. There was no housekeeping during our 4-day stay, no fresh or extra towels, and no shampoo despite “free toiletries” being listed on Booking.com. Basic amenities such as coffee, tea and matches for the candles would also have been appreciated. Moreover air-condition needs to be placed in the bedrooms. Most importantly, we did not find the property family-friendly. We travelled with our 2- and 4-year-old children and received complaints from the neighbours on our very first day simply because the children were talking to each other — not shouting, crying or banging toys. This made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay, constantly worrying about normal noise from two small children. At over €160 per night, we did not expect to feel that our children had to remain silent to avoid complaints. Beautiful property and location, but unfortunately not an experience I would recommend to families with young children.
