Appartamento grazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla fermata metro Spagna e punto strategico per visitare la città a piedi. Sofya è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande e ci ha aiutati durante il soggiorno.

The host was prompt in providing the necessary information on time. The onboarding was smooth, and the room was comfortable.

Just a heads up, the elevator is small - hey, it's Rome. Having an elevator is a blessing, I ain't gonna complain about it.

The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and in a great location, with good cooking facilities and utensils available. We didn’t meet the host in person as all check-in instructions were sent clearly through WhatsApp, which made arrival straightforward. Overall, despite the maintenance issues, the apartment itself was modern and comfortable and the location was excellent. Although on the pricy side for what it was. Supermarket right next door is also good.

However, there were a few issues during our stay. The shower water pressure was quite weak, and the main problem was that the toilet did not flush or produce water at all. We had to use a basin and large pan to manually pour water down the toilet to flush it. We contacted the host, who initially said maintenance would come, but later explained it couldn’t be resolved before our checkout. She did offer us a late checkout as compensation, which was appreciated, although we had already booked an early train so couldn’t make use of it. One other thing we didn’t particularly like was the lack of an internal lock on the apartment door. It worked with a key card and locked automatically from the outside, but once inside there was no bolt or extra lock like you’d usually expect in hotels.

The location was perfect, it was on walking distance of important sights and shopping streets. The apartment was really clean and neat, everything was great.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.
