My rating of this apartment could have been 5 stars if not for one issue involving the shower in the secondary bathroom, which was missing 1 of 2 sliding doors. I specifically rented an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as I was traveling with a female friend with whom I wanted us each to have our own full bathroom. I discovered shortly after check-in with the property management rep this missing shower when I went to take a shower. I tried my best to keep water from getting on the tile floor and vanity next to the shower, but it was practically impossible given the small shower dimensions. I reported this immediately to the rep, who replied that the owner would be contacted. After some follow-up by me, ultimately the owner thru the rep acknowledged the missing door, which was broken by a previous renter, and said a replacement door was ordered but wouldn’t be fixed until after my stay. I replied that this should have been disclosed before my stay to give an option to rent a different 2/2 apartment or adjust the rent, accordingly. No apology from the owner or price adjustment for the inconvenience. VRBO didn’t resolve it either, but offered 100 refund, which isn’t equal to price difference between a 2/2 and 2/1 apartment. Other than that, the apartment was very good/nice. It has a great location, is quiet, is spacious and comfortable, in very good condition and clean, and well appointed. I’d definitely give it 5 stars if not for the shower issue.

There were two issues.The airport private driver pickup was late which left me wondering if/he would show. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied from previous guest. I immediately notified my contact about this. When I left 2 days later it still had not been handled.Communication was without result.Other than that !! The apartment and location were excellent.
