You’ll be perfectly situated between the Santa Barbara Harbor featuring several local restaurants serving freshly caught seafood and the Mesa neighborhood with an organic grocery store, boutique eateries, and access points to the beach.
Sitting above the coastline, surrounded by palm leaves, this charming Paradise Retreats cottage is sparkling, having undergone a complete remodel (2013). Bleached oak floors and colorful textured fabrics grace every room. Enjoy ocean views from the open concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining Rooms. The Primary Room offers a cozy king-size bed facing the garden while the Guest Room can either offer two twin beds or one king-size bed. Out front, a relaxing deck above the garage provides ocean views while the backyard provides more private dining and lounging space. Do as the locals do and sip a margarita on the patio while playing Jimmy Buffet.
As of summer 2026, Sea Glass Cottage will have the following additions to the property:
Second bathroom
Hot tub
Landscaping
Outdoor shower
Fire pit area
Deck above garage
New furnishings - indoor and outdoor

The property was clean and simple. Communication was fine. We asked for a little flexibility when checking out, we were denied, which was fine. It was all fine.

Absolutely one of the most relaxing homes in which we have had the privilege of vacationing. Everything we needed was available...beautiful ocean view and patio to enjoy sunsets. We will be back!

Beds listed incorrectly, supposed to be two kings; 1) Guest bedroom advertised a king, had two twins, 2) Master bedroom with king sunk in middle, no support bar, at end of stay saw something laying on side under bed.
Very disappointing for my wife and my son and his wife
