Welcome to perfection. This Paradise Retreats oceanfront condo offers the best of Santa Barbara. You’ll be a short walk away from everything you need: park, beach, restaurants, Harbor, and downtown. Wake up with the sun and enjoy breakfast on the beach at Shoreline Cafe, rent a paddleboard at the Harbor and eat lunch with locals at Brophys, taste Santa Barbara vintages in the Funk Zone, select one of the many award-winning restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara for dinner, and end the evening watching the sunset over the ocean from your balcony.
This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit boasts unobstructed ocean views, a private balcony, and a private patio furnished with a spa and fire pit. The spacious Living and Dining Rooms face toward the water with tasteful and cozy decor. The Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and convenience you’ll need. The Primary Suite has its own ocean view with a sliding door connecting to the balcony and the Guest Bedroom is complete with luxury linens. Beach towels and chairs are provided while the complex includes a communal rooftop deck and beach staircase access, as well as communal laundry facilities.
*There is a road between the property and the beach. This is a middle unit in a building with bottom, middle, and top units.

We loved this property! Clean relaxing location and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well appointed and the carport parking space was greatly appreciated. The views were the treat.We had confusion accessing the unit upon our arrival as the check-in info did not provide the unit #. There was a contact # provided and we called and the gentleman was able to provide the correct unit #. We loved our stay! Thank you.

Beautiful views, walking distnace to many things, and spacious well maintained space. Me and my mom had a wonderful relaxing getaway. It was a great place to be to explore Santa Barbara.
