Mas Mialou

It was our second time here and they have made thoughtful little improvements like the aircon to make it even better. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is so comfortable I had the best night’s sleep I have had in a long time. Coming back after exploring the region, a dip in the pool was the perfect way to unwind. Perfect hosts, lovely place, gorgeous location.

Das Appartement ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Das große Fenster in den Garten, das offene Raumkonzept und die vielen Pflanzen haben uns besonders gut gefallen. An einen Regentag haben wir im Kamin Feuer gemacht und einfach die Ruhe dieses besonderen Orts genossen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts! Der Pool ist sehr sauber und es gibt Liegestühle auch im Schatten. Das ganze Anwesen ist liebevoll gepflegt und die Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam und herzliche Menschen. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min im Dorf und mit dem Auto in 15 min in Anduze, wo es tolle Märkte gibt...

L'accueil, l'amabilité et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont remarquables et très appréciés. Le loft est un véritable cocon de bien être, avec des abords verdoyants et une belle vue cévenole...De plus, le centre de Saint Jean du Gard accéssible facilement à pieds. une documentation mise à disposition: cartes IGN, plans randos, etc... Nous recommandons vivement.

The place is exceptional and Kees was a super friendly host. Perfectly situated a short walk from the village, I stayed in the studio which felt so secluded. It's spacious and the huge beautiful window gives you a panoramic view of the landscape. Who needs a TV when you have this? But you have all you need in the kitchen. You don't see anyone else from your room or in the beautiful garden behind, unless you stroll down to the lower part of the garden with swimming pool. But you know the host(s) are close by if you need them. You hear nothing but the incredible noises of wildlife. Chirruping and buzzing and birds singing all around, punctuated occasionally by the steam train toot tooting by. It's pretty magical to be honest.
