Outstanding view, superb location. Very spacious and illuminated apartment, comfortably furnsihed. Free parking (very useful, as parking in the town is limited and often unavailable) and with a wealth of resturants, bars, cafes, etc.at the doorstep. Very well equipped - from coffe & tea making facilities, cooking implements and large flat-screen TV in living room plus other in each room. Better equipped than most, even more expensive options. Very clean, comfortable beds and fresh bed linen. Excellent value for money. Owner is very responsive in communications and requests, 100% immediate, positive response and action.

Superb location, with views to the lake and mountains. Property is very spacious, full of light and comfortably furnished. Immaculately clean, fresh bedding and comfortable beds & mattresses. All necessary facilities for cooking, and good internet connection. Parking on site is extremely useful, as it is difficult to find parking in the village. Special mention to Giovanni (owner) for his immediate positive response in all consultations and helping us to solve some mistakes that we did during our booking. I fully recommend this property and the beautiful village of Anguillara as a place to enjoy and a springboard to explore the many interesting locations and landscapes within short distance.

Notre chambre à coucher était spacieuse et propre. Notre salle de bain était propre.
Une bonne organisation pour l’accueil. Nous pouvions prendre le café le matin.
A notre arrivée l’appartement était froid. Dans la douche le tube de la pomme de douche est cassé. Les napperons sur la table étaient vieux et plein de tâches. Les portes de l’appartement on un besoin urgent d’être lavées ou repeintes. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine. Tout y est mais tout est très vieux et usé.
