The apartment was very comfortable, close to the center of the town, kept in excellent conditions. The host was very helpful and pleasant. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent as it allows a good sleep at night.

The road leading to the apartment, not of the same owner, is somewhat misleading as it is not well kept. It’s a pity as the apartment is lovely. Could do with another air con unit in the living room, as it is very pleasant to stay in but too hot at times

Check If the kitchen is available for use.

The location was quite good. Sufficient furniture.

The property was advertised as self contained with breakfast. The kitchen was in a shared kitchen / dinning room . When we came to use it the gas cooker was turned off and no plates. Another resident (an Italian) spoke to the owner in Italian and was told that the law wouldn’t allow us to use the kitchen. We were all surprised. We knew Parking at the site was not allowed , but found that parking wasn’t that easy even though we did manage.

Comfortable stay for a night or two

It was a comfortable stay, the place was very clean, Louisa, the host, was nice and responsive, and the breakfast offered at the near-by bar was nice. We stayed for a wedding that was close by, and for this reason the place was very good.

The immediate area is not the most picturesque, however, it’s safe, with plenty of parking near-by.

Very poor. We were booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one.

Very little to recommend this property

We were promised a private bathroom but found somebody else using it. They had also been told the bathroom was only for their use but we both had identical keys! The rooms had no sound proofing. Every noise made by other guests echoed around the building. The entrance to the property is hidden around the back.

location, very clean, nicely furnished

The bathroom is down the hallway and not attached to bedroom, glass door to room is bad because another guest came home around 1am and put the light on in hallway. That means your room is bright and light. Outdoor access is super dark and doesn’t feel safe.

A cosy room in Anguillara

The room was in an apartment converted to be a B&B. We were in a room, with a private bathroom reachable via a common corridor. The room is a bit small, but we slept soundly. The common area (kitchen and living area was really nice, and the lovely host prepared a very nice breakfast area.

Room is a little small and Wifi was not working. There was also no iron (which we needed as we were attending a wedding)

Everything was very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is interested in spending time in Anguillara Sabazia. The location is perfect, close to the lake and very quiet.

Good

The position is very close to the lake. We were 3 adults and we had a double room with an extra bed added to it, that made the space a bit limited but we were ok. The breakfast it is available in the living room/kitchen and the guests are asked to prepare their own breakfast by using a coffee machine with coffee capsule and warming the milk in the microwave . It does not include fresh products (no fresh bread or fresh fruit), but there is a supermarket close to the location when needed. The kitchen unfortunately cannot be used, but we made a good use of the microwave by warming up pre-made meals from the supermarket when we felt to have dinner in the location. The rooms are cleans and very nice decorated. The room and bathroom cleaning occurs every day

The room was facing a very busy streat that is very noise on early morning and till late night in the weekend. If you are planning to stay more than one night, it is good to know that new guests can arrive at any time of day and night without notice. This may create a lack of privacy in case you were relaxing in the living room with your pajama :) And talking about privacy, be aware that the bathroom is outside the room and other guests may be around when you are going to have a shower :). The morning of our last day we only got 2 coffee capsule for 3 adults, although they were more the evening before. But two more guests arrived in the evening and they told me that they got one capsule each directly from the owner. This results in them having their coffee in the morning but left us with only 2 capsule :(

Language barrier

Location is very good and the room was nice and clean.

The fact that the entrance was not lit up in the night. Not only did it feel unsafe but it was also difficult to identify which key out of 3 that should be used to enter the premises. In addition, it’s not a place for foreign travellers who dont speak the local language as the host did not speak one word of English which did not help.

Nice and cozy hôtel close to the lake

My friend and me were warmly welcomed and the communication with the hotel went were well. The room is clean and decorated very nice and we had a huge bathroom to use. All in all a pleasant stay and highly recommended for a touristic stay at the lake

Struttura piacevole, ambienti ben curati e puliti. Letti comodi, anche il divano letto. Silenzioso nonostante la posizione centrale su strade frequentate. Possibilità di usufruire di un frigorifero in camera.

Bagno privato grande e completo, ma non accessibile direttamente dalla camera. Disagio minimo visto che gli altri ospiti sono rientrati molto tardi e usciti presto. L'esterno dell'immobile, piuttosto trascurato non rispecchia assolutamente l'accuratezza dell'interno dell'appartamento.

Ideale per una sosta sul lago

Bella camera con balconcino, TV/frigo e aria condizionata con bagno ampio e ben rifinito, esterno alla camera ma a noi riservato. Ottima pulizia di tutti gli ambienti della struttura. Cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria.

La posizione: la casa si trova purtroppo a ridosso di uno snodo urbano piuttosto trafficato e rumoroso, con scarsa possibilità di parcheggio: in compenso, si trova veramente a quattro passi dal tranquillo lungolago di Anguillara. La colazione: convenzionata con un bar nelle vicinanze, ma limitata a bevanda calda e cornetto,

Ottima posizione

Alloggio pulito e ben posizionato a due passi dal lago e dal centro storico. Bello e ben rifinito il bagno privato della delux, anche se fuori dalla camera. Cambio giornaliero di asciugamani e kit di cortesia. Piacevole Colazione servita al bar . Nessuna difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in strada gratis o a pagamento. Ottima accoglienza
